1. Reservation Confirmation:

• All room reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit within 24 hours of making the room request.

2. Deposit Details:

• The deposit amount is non-refundable.
• Failure to submit the deposit within 24 hours will result in the automatic release of the reserved room.

3. Final Payment:

• The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid in full no later than 90 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• Failure to complete the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• Once the deposit is received, it is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made before the final payment deadline (90 days before arrival) forfeit the deposit but are not subject to additional charges.
• Cancellations made after the final payment deadline will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation amount.
• The cancellation policy applies to the payment plan options as well.
  

5. Payment Methods:

• Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Details for payment will be provided upon reservation confirmation.

6. Modification of Reservation:

• Changes to the reservation dates or room type are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
